3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy:
Products are shipped according to our shipping policy, which may be updated at our discretion. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We currently ship only within the United States.

Risk of Loss:
All items are shipped FOB (Free On Board) shipping point. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership:

By signing up for CannaBliss text alerts, you agree to receive transactional and promotional SMS messages from us. Message frequency may vary. Text HELP for help, STOP to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
